Sylvania Community Arts Commission and the Sylvania Chamber of Commerce are gearing up for the city's second annual Maple and Main Art Fair. The event will be held this weekend in the streets of historic downtown Sylvania. In addition to art exhibits and sales, more than 70 artists will participate this year, 11 musical acts will perform, and a children's area and food vendors will be set up. The fair runs from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Musical acts on Saturday include Interrupters, 44 Days, Aaron Stark, DeCamp Sisters, Jack & the Bear, and Barile and May. On Sunday, Microphonics, Wannabees, Old State Line, Barile and May, Andrew Ellis and the Americanos will take the stage. Concerts run from noon to 7 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to close Sunday.
